Find the nearest Western Union agent location to receive your money. - Provide your sender's details
Simply provide your sender's details: their name, country, the transfer amount, and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). - Present your ID
Show either your government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, Australian-issued driver's license, Australian-issued 18+ proof of age cards) or Photo Card. - Receive your money
Once your details have been verified, you will receive your money.

For your protection and to meet regulatory requirements, you must have an accepted form of government-issued photo ID to pick up money at an agent location in Australia.
