How To Play World Of Tanks With Friends

Hi there,

I've been playing for a few months, and enjoy WoT Blitz immensely. I want to improve my teamwork skills, and haven't had much chance to use the Platoon option. Is there a way that we can invite or be invited to be friends to increase our chances of playing in a platoon?

BTW mostly I am still playing IV and V tier, just getting into tier VI of the tech tree.

Thanks for any suggestions!

You can be invited, to freind request you have to look at the players profile and select add to friends. Then you can click the chat thing in the garage to send platoon invites. Do me if you want!

You can also try Discord, get invites to a couple servers, meet motivated players that way and have the option to voice platoon by both being on voice chat. Sometimes makes the difference between winning and losing ... playing as a duo is far better than solo, when two players have similar play styles and skills; but still, you can get swamped with bad MM and bad luck. No guarantees. But it is more fun. Some players only play in platoon.

No, it's only two.

Number one is to be in a clan that emphasizes platoons, ours does and seldom do I need to go outside the clan for a toon mate. At your level our feeder clan of gogo2 would be a good fit.

That's your answer, join a clan. Even those GOGO dancers would work.....

Good suggestions folks--much appreciated. I am in a clan but they don't seem to send platoon invites. I'm fair to middling in the clan ranking (Av. Battles 1663, Av. tier 4.0, Av. Victories 46.76%). Out of 50 clan members, 11 played in the last week, which doesn't seem like a lot to me. Is there a way to get into a more active clan (unless those stats are typical of most clans)?

And I will accept friend requests from all our clans and toon with any. Most others here are the same.
